ALL YOU HAVE YOU SHALL GIVE AWAY.

Life is all about giving, it is an honourable thing to do, a duty for all of us, life itself is a gift given and at the end of every life is a giving up of whatever the soul has acquired.  Regardless of the kind of life that soul chose to live, wether good or bad, successful or not, rich, famous and fulfilled or poor, you shall give away all you have. Most human beings find it very difficult to give freely and willingly for whatever reason best known to them,  some others give only when they are asked while just a few give cheerfully, willingly and happily.  We have the opportunity to choose where we wish to belong among the above listed group of people only when we are alive, but what do you do when you die? Do you have any other choice but one? At death, we cannot hide from giving away all that we have, you only have the chance to decide how you want to give it, through makinh a will, maybe by giving to charity, your children, or to some unknown persons, so...

BE TOUGHER THAN THE TOUGH TIMES. - ALLI QUADRI OLALEKAN (CEO, QUADOOWEAR)

Encouraging someone to be tougher than the tough times really depends on the person in question, I said this because for the little time I have spent on earth I have noticed different kind of people, some people are not afraid to dream big and be the best they can be, which makes them face different situation, yet they look forward to even worse situations that will slowly and progressively make them better with time.  In the other hand, some people are so full of doubt and fear. They will never dream big in life, they enjoy their situation and condition, they see life as unfair and see themselves as unfortunate, out of ignorant of who they really are and the power they have over their situations, they continue to believe the lies.  These two kinds of people have different mindset and so they respond to "Be tougher than rough times " differently. So, like Jesus, i will not waste my time addressing this message to those who have no faith, rather, i am preaching this t...

FINDING YOUR PATH. -ALLI QUADRI OLALEKAN (CEO, QUADOOWEAR)

To find one's path is to find one's purpose and destiny, to do the unpopular, to be different from the crowd, to go at your own pace, to live love on your own terms and align your disordered self with the perfect order in the universe, to live a life that other people will appreciate, admire and want to follow. Finding your path in life is to let your light shine so brigt that the people will see it and glorify your Father in heaven (Matt. 5: 16). Finding your path makes your original, different and unique. You follow "the narrow gate" (Matt. 7:13). To find your path, you must go in opposite direction to the world. Man makes no major effect in life his early stage, he is being acted upon. Man's early life is mostly spent  on learning his environment which is still strange to him and continues to marvel him. He looks at his surrounding in awe and amazement of how plants grow, how living beings become pregnant and deliver their  youngs, and why people die,...

ABOUT 30, I FEEL BLESSED AND GRATEFUL. - ALLI QUADRI OLALEKAN, CEO, QUADOOWEAR.

Glory be to Almighty God, I will start with gratitude for it is the only way I have learnt to show that I appreciate life, so I give thanks to the Creator for another revolution. Well, I am happy and appreciative for many reasons, amongs these numerous reasons are life, good health and discovering my purpose on earth, I tell you for free that these are the little things that make up the rocky foundation of existence. I feel very happy and highly blessed. Counting my blessings will take a whole life time. Where do i start from? Firstly; LIFE I am happy about life despite the fact that I have lots of negative vibes growing up. If you grow up in a dysfunctional family, you will understand, but life has a way of teaching you what you need to know so long you are willing to learn. I thank life for teaching me to approach it with simplicity, yes! And foolishly! If you are living a life of divine mission you definitely will know what I mean by simplicity and foolishness. A man with...

STOP DREAMING, MAKE A MOVE. - Ms. TITILOPE ADEKOYA, TISENNAH'S TOUCH CEO

I am very happy seeing Young Minds stand up for something,  I am self motivated myself but Ms. Titilope inspired me even more when I met her.  While she was working on her client in a photo studio she had come for her photoshoot, I made a comment : "this make up job is not easy o", and her response tells me so much about her already.  She responded and said "Yes,  it's not easy,  if you want to achieve the best".  That made me see through her as one who will go extra mile for her customer's satisfaction and delivery.  She is no doubt a visionary young lady.  Read below what she has to say about her challenges,  progress and the future of her business, Tisennah's Touch.  CAN WE MEET YOU ?  I’m Ms. Titilope Adekoya, CEO of Tisennah’s Touch TELL US ABOUT YOUR EDUCATION AND FAMILY BACKGROUND I’m an undergraduate of University of Lagos, Faculty of Art, Department of English, 400L. 2nd in a family of 5 with 2 ste...

YOU CAN NEITHER KEEP NOR HOLD A MAN - NWAGU NNEKA

You cannot keep a man. You cannot hold a man. If you like slay, give him incredible sex, do the unbelievable, give him children, give him money. If a man doesn't want you, he doesn't. Give yourself some sense and know when to drop it! I remember a conversation I had with some male friends in camp. As usual i was the only girl among five boys đŸ˜‚. One told us about this girl in his university that gave him 'everything' yet he didn't just want her. Money, sex, cooked, washed, rented apartment for the both of them. But he said he didn't just want her. Another guy called him a big fool. To him, sacrifice is a true test of love. After all love is just feelings. I tell you that even Mr A meets the one he loves, he'll still cheat. If he still wants to cheat on you with all your degree of amazing, hotness and spirituality, he'll cheat. And yes, He can still cheat if he loves you (painful but true). Stop trying to hold a man. Stop checking phone. Stop...

LIVING IN THE MOMENT - CALEB S. OKEREKE

These days I make a conscious effort to be present in my own life. And by so doing I am more present in the life of others too. Its in the little things. My first inclination in priceless moments in recent times is no more to take pictures, or to make snaps, I think of those things but they are secondary and when I eventually do them, it means I have taken in enough of that moment. When I meet people these days, I try to stay away from my phone as much as possible, when people visit me, I put it away. When I have to talk to my Dad, I remind myself consciously to put the phone away. When loved ones want to Skype or make a WhatsApp call, I don't feel up to it, I am probably tired, I probably want to sleep, but I say Okay. I do not want to wake up one day and realise that I have been too engrossed living for others to be present in my own life. I remember someone going through my phone gallery and asking, "Caleb where are all the pictures you took in Kampala?" and t...

PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI'S NEW YEAR SPEECH TO NIGERIANS

PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI'S NEW YEAR SPEECH TO NIGERIANS I join my fellow citizens this morning to welcome and celebrate the New Year 2018. This year promises to be pivotal in our quest for CHANGE. Unfortunately, I am saddened to acknowledge that for many this Christmas and New Year holidays have been anything but merry and happy. Instead of showing love, companionship and charity, some of our compatriots chose this period to inflict severe hardship on us all by creating unnecessary fuel scarcity across the country. The consequence was that not many could travel and the few who did had to pay exorbitant transport fares. This is unacceptable given that NNPC had taken measures to ensure availability at all depots. I am determined to get to the root of this collective blackmail of all Nigerians and ensure that whichever groups are behind this manipulated hardship will be prevented from doing so again. Such unpatriotism will not divert the Administration from the course...

QUADOOWEAR CEO, ALLI QUADRI WRITES A NEW YEAR 2018 MESSAGE ON LEADERSHIP

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2018 !  Time is an illusion, in reality I believe less in all these happy new year things, but it's good still,  looking at it from a perspective that it helps us to have a sense of orderliness, new beginnings,  allows us to celebrate and get closer together with our loved ones after a busy year all long and a feeling of freshness. Indeed if you can have all these feelings everyday, you can call it your new year,  if you can have these feelings every month,  it's your new year.  However, new year celebrations  makes us feel,  every new dawn should make us feel the same too. The miracle of waking up to life after a short death we call sleep is amazing, I don't see any other miracle bigger that that. 24 hours is the greatest gift human begins can have, but like we always do,  we forget mostly about the little things,  because they are little,  we think so much about the big things because they are big, what we ...
