FINDING YOUR PATH. -ALLI QUADRI OLALEKAN (CEO, QUADOOWEAR)

To find one's path is to find one's purpose and destiny, to do the unpopular, to be different from the crowd, to go at your own pace, to live love on your own terms and align your disordered self with the perfect order in the universe, to live a life that other people will appreciate, admire and want to follow. Finding your path in life is to let your light shine so brigt that the people will see it and glorify your Father in heaven (Matt. 5: 16). Finding your path makes your original, different and unique. You follow "the narrow gate" (Matt. 7:13). To find your path, you must go in opposite direction to the world. Man makes no major effect in life his early stage, he is being acted upon. Man's early life is mostly spent  on learning his environment which is still strange to him and continues to marvel him. He looks at his surrounding in awe and amazement of how plants grow, how living beings become pregnant and deliver their  youngs, and why people die,...

GIVE IT TIME, ENOUGH TIME. - ALLI QUADRI OLALEKAN. CEO, QUADOOWEAR

Life is directly proportional to time, and to say you have life or you are alive is to say you have time, life and time are just two words that mean the same thing, just like 48 hours and 2days means the same. Life is based solely on two concepts; time and space, these two are the only constants, life itself is a provision of the two. The two  (time and space) can never exist separate from eachother for thay are dependent on eachother, there has to be a space for an occourence, there has to be a time when an occourence happens, the experiencing of time and space is what is called an "event". So we cannot say I am writting (event) this message without knowing or having a place (space), and when (time)  am performing this act. You can never be reading this message (event) without being in a place (space) and having a moment (time) seperated from your busy schedule to perform this act. Can you cook beans (event) in your kitchen (place) in ten minutes? Can you expe...

I am very happy seeing Young Minds stand up for something,  I am self motivated myself but Ms. Titilope inspired me even more when I met her.  While she was working on her client in a photo studio she had come for her photoshoot, I made a comment : "this make up job is not easy o", and her response tells me so much about her already.  She responded and said "Yes,  it's not easy,  if you want to achieve the best".  That made me see through her as one who will go extra mile for her customer's satisfaction and delivery.  She is no doubt a visionary young lady.  Read below what she has to say about her challenges,  progress and the future of her business, Tisennah's Touch.  CAN WE MEET YOU ?  I’m Ms. Titilope Adekoya, CEO of Tisennah’s Touch TELL US ABOUT YOUR EDUCATION AND FAMILY BACKGROUND I’m an undergraduate of University of Lagos, Faculty of Art, Department of English, 400L. 2nd in a family of 5 with 2 ste...

WHY START-UPS FAIL

Why do start-ups fail?  I saw this question on a friend's Facebook wall and the first thing I did was to stop and think,  really,  why do start-ups fail?   I took my time to think,  I wanted to reply with impressive response so I thought deeply and searched my soul for answers.  I was receiving answers such as lack of capital,  people problems,  government policies and all those things that they tell us in conventional business seminars but all these didn't convince me, they are not the reasons for start-up failure as far as I am concerned,  so I asked myself, what will I respond to this question?  Suddenly,  something pop up in my mind,  the answer just arrived shinning so bright like the sun and lighting up my mind.  The answer is so simple that I would overlook it and go for bigger reasons or bigger grammars to convince the world that I know what I am saying,  but it is not the big and ...

THE CASHFLOW QUADRANT BY ROBERT KIYOSAKI: MY UNDERSTANDING - ALLI QUADRI OLALEKAN, CEO QUADOOWEAR

One of the great people who have given their hearts to humanity is the man called Robert Kiyosaki,  he is a total package for financial solution. Since I will like to be rich and wealthy I have decided  to make him my teacher.  Robert Kiyosaki  is great at illustrations and his artistic mind makes it possible to create a diagram like the " cash flow quadrant " diagram. I personally have interest in that diagram because it relates to me as an entrepreneur.  For a very long time after coming in contact with this diagram and thinking that I know and understand it,  I realised lately that I didn't notice one detail on it.  I didn't realise the movement or direction of  the arrows  on the diagram. In the diagram,  the arrows begin at the E, moved to S,  then to B and lastly to I.  What is it about the arrow representation?  Why does the movement of the arrows matter?  Can we not have the arrows move in anot...

GROWTH Focus on growth, not success. Growth is a process of learning and being. MR NIGER D Do you remember this in your secondary school days?
