ABOUT 30, I FEEL BLESSED AND GRATEFUL. - ALLI QUADRI OLALEKAN, CEO, QUADOOWEAR.

Glory be to Almighty God, I will start with gratitude for it is the only way I have learnt to show that I appreciate life, so I give thanks to the Creator for another revolution.
Well, I am happy and appreciative for many reasons, amongs these numerous reasons are life, good health and discovering my purpose on earth, I tell you for free that these are the little things that make up the rocky foundation of existence. I feel very happy and highly blessed. Counting my blessings will take a whole life time.

Where do i start from?

Firstly; LIFE
I am happy about life despite the fact that I have lots of negative vibes growing up. If you grow up in a dysfunctional family, you will understand, but life has a way of teaching you what you need to know so long you are willing to learn. I thank life for teaching me to approach it with simplicity, yes! And foolishly! If you are living a life of divine mission you definitely will know what I mean by simplicity and foolishness.

A man with a mission looks foolish to the rest of humanity, they would never understand the divine for its ways are different from man's and it's thought are different also. Noah was foolishly building the arc until the rain poured, Job was foolish not to curse God during his hard times. Abraham was foolish to believe God for child at old age and to also agree to sacrifice the child, Joseph was foolish for being faithful to his master against the will of his master's wife, he was righteous even  in the prison . Jesus was foolish to die for other people. Prophet Mohammad was foolish to hold on to his belief about God in the midst of idol worshippers and unrightous people in his days. Mandela was foolish for refusing his own freedom in other to gain freedom for his people, Steve Jobs was foolish to drop out of school, pursue his divine mission and at last brought us to this present generation of mobile technology (the touch screen phones), I love the way Jobs puts it: STAY HUNGRY, STAY FOOLISH!  I am foolish and happy about it!

Secondly : GOOD HEALTH
Health is wealth, no, I don't totally agree to that (except that you have a definition about wealth that is not just about money). Really, I have a problem with how human beigns attach everything in life to money. They say time is money, and also, health is wealth. I don't agree to these because I believe it is a slave mentality to think in this manner, when you make everything in life to be money-related, you are a slave, a slave to money. Time is not money for money cannot buy time, and wealth is way lesser compared to good health for wealth cannot buy health. There are diseases that wouldn't leave no matter how much wealth (money) you have. These concepts are parallel, they can never meet. You don't have to do anything to have time, for to be alive is to have time. And you dont have to do anything to have good health for to have good health is a gift for the blessed, but wealth and money must come after you have done a certain work. Time and health is free, wealth and money is paid for through work, never compare a gift/blessing/grace with work.
So I am thankful for the good health God has blessed me with, since my last birthday, I have never visited the hospital or used medicine. Glory to God.

Thirdly: DISCOVERING MY PURPOSE ON EARTH

When purpose is misunderstood,  abuse is unavoidable.
Give One Thousand Naira note to a child less than two years old, and trust me the first thing the baby does is to take it staight to its mouth. At that age, all a baby wants to do is to work with the mouth, give the baby enough time and it will help you divide the note into beautiful smaller parts, the baby couldnt discover the purpose of that money, so it abused it.
This same way it is when you do not know your purpose in life, you are just another waste of space. You abuse the greatest gift of all just to run around for the paper. And I am not talking about becoming a successful career person or having the whole money in the world, rather it is that purpose that comes from having oneness with the universe, that level you get to when you become so enlightened that you literally become the "Light Of The World"

When you make "LOVE" your religion and live a life of no duality;  whereby who you are in the public is the same person you are in private, where you "GIVE" all you have knowing that more will come even if you do not know how, and when you think of ways that you can be a blessing and serve the world you live in, this is the kind of purpose I have found. I never for a day thought of anything in my life than how to become better and how to make others around me better, I am not asking for your approval for my stupidy, remember I said I am foolish, a happy fool.

At thirty I do not have materialistic evidence to show, yet , sincerely I am not troubled, I am just fine. No house, no car, no university certificate, no wife, but one thing I have is a strong identity both on earth and in heaven, I know this and I'm happy about it.
I will argue with anyone on earth, living or dead, home or in diaspora that will question my love for Nigeria, this I know also.
Let me tell you the trick to why I am happy living in this condition, it's because I have known a truth that ALL YOU GET IN LIFE YOU SHALL GIVE AWAY! Either willingly or forcefully. So I have learnt to give as much as I can while I am alive, before the government, bank or any relative claim it when I'm gone.

Quadoowear is still the biggest thing to happen to Nigeria and Africa.  It's taking a long time, I know, but good things take time. You should expect it to take time done we are planning to become the producer of the  best quality clothing at the cheapest price. The poor don't have to wear used clothing from abroad, we are putting the structure in place to liberate Africa from this, the poor and rich will have good, quality, designers clothing to wear,  we will employ lots of our youths, we will stop importing and start exporting clothes and also empower our mases with great skills. It's worth the wait.

Dear fellow Nigerians, we complain about our situations because the past generations didn't act with our interest in mind, they care less about us. Now it's our generation, let's not repeat what they did. Nothing is achieved by doing nothing, if we truly want a better Nigeria,  we must act in ways that show that path, we must live for others and not only for ourselves. We must put "WE" first before "I", we must make sacrifices for the generations coming after us, this is how a nation can be great, never in an instant but with a continous, planned, national consciousness and a dream as "One People". We must forget about the past and create the nation we really want to see, we must be "that thing" that we hope to see. Selfless service only can make life meaninful, we must invest good behaviours on a daily bases.

I say thank you to my family, friends, fans and wellwishers. And to my baby, Mary Bellz.

All the #TeamQuadoowear, Thank You!

Happy Birthday to me!!!

I am happy I am living a life of PURPOSE at 30.
Glory! Glory!! Glory!!!
